Refund policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Important information below:
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition, in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange.
- If you decide to return an item from a free shipping order, the original shipping cost we paid to send the order will be deducted from your refund.
If you paid for shipping at checkout, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. This amount helps cover the cost of return shipping.
- Special orders, Cut channels (Or longer), Strip lights, or assembled or disassembled products are not refundable.
- 30% restocking fees will apply.
- Two weeks of processing time.
- To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States and Canada Post for Canada. Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

Duty Charge:
- Customer will be responsible for any duty charges incurred on a returned product by the carrier.
