GekPower ships via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available, depending on the delivery location within Canada. Customers may provide their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at checkout.
How do we calculate the shipping cost?
Our prices are based on Canadian dollars.

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Shipping costs are determined based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items.
When do we ship our products?
All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority selected at checkout. Orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?
We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Important Information:
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in their original packaging to be accepted.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Processing time is approximately two weeks.
- For returns, please use Canada Post. Other shipping companies are not acceptable.

Undelivered Orders:

This Round LED Step Light/ Pathway Light is designed as a flat bevel trim type and has a warm white color temperature of 3000K and RGB. It operates on a voltage range of 12-24V and has a wattage of 1.2W. The light source is a COB LED chip from Osram and has a brightness of 40-45Lm. The diffuser material is 2mm opal, which makes it ideal for deck lighting or in-ground lighting. It is rated IP67, which makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. The product is ETL certified, ensuring its quality and safety.
The housing and front cover of the product are made of passivated aluminum, which provides corrosion-proof protection. The passivated film on the aluminum housing is 11-13 micron. The product has an O-ring seal PMQ gasket, which helps to keep the light waterproof. It also has an IK06 rating, which means it is impact-resistant.
The product has good heat dissipation, a long lifespan, and low light decay. It can be directly screwed onto the surface, with a cut size of just a hole required for installation. The product comes with a 3-foot wire cable, and depending on the wattage of the transformer, any number of lights can go on 1 switch. The product offers a step-down transformer to line voltage in both hardwire and plugin.
