How do we ship our products?
GekPower ships via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available, depending on the delivery location within Canada. Customers may provide their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at checkout.
How do we calculate the shipping cost?
Our prices are based on Canadian dollars.

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Shipping costs are determined based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items.
When do we ship our products?
All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority selected at checkout. Orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?
We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Important Information:
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in their original packaging to be accepted.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Processing time is approximately two weeks.
- For returns, please use Canada Post. Other shipping companies are not acceptable.

Undelivered Orders:

The SR-2858Z4-5C (R4) is a remote controller for RGB and dual color (warm white and cold white) LED lighting fixtures. It operates on an RF signal with a frequency of 434MHz/869.5MHz/916.5MHz and is powered by 3 AAA batteries, providing an output voltage of 4.5V. The controller features a sleek and ergonomic design made of high-end PC material, and is black in color.
The remote controller allows for 5-channel control of RGB and dual color, with each channel (R, G, B, warm white, and cold white) able to be controlled separately. It features an ultra-sensitive tempered glass touch color wheel for accurate and fast RGB color tone adjustment, and supports programmable functions by choosing colors (up to 5) and touching the "P" key.
Four running modes, including jump, flash, fade, and strobe, are available for the programmed colors. The controller can also control 4 separate zones, each with endless receivers, and up to 8 different remotes can control each receiver. The user can set 4 different scenes, and the synchronization function of pattern changing ensures consistent change forever.
The controller is rated IP20, indicating that it is suitable for indoor use only, and can operate at temperatures between 0-40° C with a relative humidity of 8% to 80%. The controller's dimensions are 152 x 52 x 20mm (6 x 2 x 0.7in). Its user-friendly interface allows for easy and simple operation.
